职业初期是为职业发展奠定基础的时期,大多知识型女性所面临的重大问题是家庭与事业如何取舍、成家与立业如何统一。本文通过典型相关分析,探究工作家庭平衡对职业成长的结构性功效,具有理论突破及直接的应用价值。研究表明,工作家庭平衡各维度对职业成长各维度具有差异性影响,不同个体特征的职业初期知识性女性员工,工作家庭平衡与职业成长中占主导地位的影响因素不相同。
The initial period of occupation is the period for laying a foundation for career development. The major problems that most knowledge-based women face are how to choose between family and career, and how to get married and get started. By means of canonical correlation analysis, this paper explores the structural effects of work-family balance on career growth, with theoretical breakthrough and direct application value. The research shows that all dimensions of work-family balance have different effects on the dimensions of career growth. The factors that influence the predominance of knowledge-based female employees, work-family balance and career growth with different individual characteristics are not the same.
