明清时期,朝鲜使臣的北京之行留下了大量的文献记录,是研究明清社会史的重要史料。《燕行录全集》中不仅记录了朝鲜使臣们对明清时期中医的诸多面相的描述、与明清民众的交往过程中所涉及医疗活动与医学知识的互动以及普通民众对朝鲜医家和特效药物的态度,而且更重要的是,反映了中朝医药交流活动的主客易位以及医事中的文化认知。因此,揭示这种心态的变化,对理解中朝医学交流的轨迹,尤其是理解前近代东亚的文化格局与相互关系具有重要的意义。
In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the North Korean envoys left a great deal of documentation in their trip to Beijing, an important historical material for studying the social history of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The Complete Works of Yan Xing Lu not only records the descriptions made by the North Korean envoys on the many aspects of traditional Chinese medicine during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the interaction between medical activities and medical knowledge involved in the exchanges with the Ming and Qing dynasties, The attitude of medicine, and more importantly, reflects the subject-matter translocation of medical exchanges between China and North Korea as well as the cultural cognition in medicine. Therefore, revealing this change of mentality is of great significance in understanding the trajectory of medical exchanges between China and North Korea, and especially in understanding the cultural patterns and inter-relations of the former modern East Asia.
