越南凉粉草组织培养及快繁技术体系研究

本论文从七个方面对越南凉粉草组织培养及快繁技术体系进行研究,分别为:(1)外植体灭菌试验;(2)愈伤组织诱导试验;(3)愈伤组织分化成苗试验;(4)无菌组培苗芽增殖试验;(5)无菌组培苗芽玻璃化影响因子试验;(6)无菌组培苗生根壮苗试验:(7)无菌组培苗移栽试验。主要研究结果如下:1.在越南凉粉草外植体灭菌试验中,以0.1%HgCl2灭菌处理11min后再以75%酒精处理55s,对嫩茎段外植体灭菌效果最佳,平均污染率仅为3.17%。2.在越南凉粉草愈伤组织诱导试验中,以培养基MS+蔗
