如所周知,王遠知是隋與唐初茅山派道教的宗師,他不僅在上清經法的傳承上具有承前啓後的重要地位,而且對於確立唐王朝與道教的密切關係方面作出了巨大貢獻。陳國符先生在其名著《道藏源流考》中,利用貞觀十六年(642)江旻所撰《王遠知碑》及兩《唐書》本傳等基本材料,勾勒了王遠知的生平〔1〕。宫内淳平先生則在1977年發表的一篇簡短的劄記中,討論了王遠知的生卒年,認爲他應該出生於梁大通二年(528),貞觀九年(635)八月去世時當爲108歲,而不是《舊唐書》本傳等所載的126歲〔2〕。1990年,吉川忠夫先生撰長文,對道
As we all know, Wang Yuanzhi was the master of Daoism in the Sui and early Tang dynasties. He not only possessed an important pre-emptive position in the inheritance of the Shang dynasty, but also made tremendous contributions to the establishment of the close relationship between the Tang dynasty and Taoism. In his famous book, Taoism and Taoism, Mr. Chen Guofu sketched out the life of Wang Yuanzhi (1) through the use of basic materials such as “Wang Yuanzhi Monument” written by Jiang Min and two biographies of “Tang Shu” . In his short note published in 1977, Mr. Atsushi Miyauchi discussed the birth and death year of Wang Yuanzhi and believed that he should have been born in Liang Datong for two years (528) and Zhenguan nine years (635) in August when he died Is 108 years old, rather than the “Old Tang book,” Biography contained in the 126-year-old 〔2〕. In 1990, Mr. Yoshikawa Yoshinobu long article, on the road
