甘肃武威是丝绸之路上的重镇,亦是藏传佛教空行母降生应化圣地。位于凉州区城南15公里处的新华乡缠山村金刚亥母洞石窟寺,属于藏传佛教石窟寺院,因寺内供奉金刚亥母像而得名。保存于武威市西夏博物馆的金刚亥母铜造像,造型奇特,弥足珍贵。研究武威金刚亥母洞石窟寺及其铜造像,对研究西夏时期武威藏传佛教、历史文化及信仰具有一定意义。
Wuwei in Gansu Province is a major town on the Silk Road and is also a sacred place where Tibetan Buddhism empowered. Located 15 km south of Liangzhou District, Xinhua Township, wrapped around the village Kaesong Hai Mu Cave Cave Temple, belong to the Tibetan Buddhist cave temples, due to the temple dedicated to the name of Kum Kee Hae. Preserved in Wuwei City, Xixia Museum Kim Hae Hama bronze statues, strange shape, very precious. The study of the Wuwei Cave Temple and its bronze statues at Wuwei Cave in Wuwei City is of great significance for studying the Buddhism Tibetan Buddhism, history, culture and belief during the Western Xia Dynasty.
