一、导言1.信用缺失的泛化和严重性已引起举国上下的高度关注,加强信用制度建设、完善信用法律体系不仅是建立和完善社会主义市场经济秩序的迫切需要,更是保证国民经济持续协调健康发展的当务之急。虽然学术界和实务界在对我国信用危机的现实性和制度建设的必要性认识上基本上取得了一致,但从笔者可接触到的资料中看得出,概括性的宏观阐述占了较大篇幅,对发达国家(特别是英美法系国家)信用法律体系具体构成的介绍言之寥寥,建设性意见的缺位难免使读者缺乏对先进制度的感性认识和共鸣。因此,本文拟从实证角度梳理和解构美国信用法
