射频原位肿瘤灭活是一种治疗实体肿瘤的疗效确切的微创治疗方法,主要通过热介导引起组织凝固性坏死。各种热介导的肿瘤灭活技术的局限性在于组织凝固性坏死的范围,因而目前研究的焦点在于各种商业电极的发展及新型电极的问世,使病人在门诊只需一次射频电极插入,利用一次射频能量,即可达到一次性治愈肿瘤的目的。本文简单回顾了热介导的肿瘤灭活的历史发展,介绍了射频的生物学特征及组织灭活的机理,描述了治疗电极,包括早期原始电极,目前商业化电极及实验阶段的新型电极的演进进程及其在实验及临床治疗的现状。本文认为随着射频技术的不断优化,射频肿瘤原位灭活将在恶性肿瘤的间质热疗领域扮演重要角色。
