本文回顾我科４２２例分化型甲状腺癌，发现根治术后对侧腺叶复发癌３０例，复发率为７．１％。复发时间平均为７．５年；肿瘤较大（＞２ｃｍ）、颈部淋巴结有转移者，复发机会较大。部分小肿瘤（＜２ｃｍ）也可发生复发，可能存在多中心灶之故。复发后再次手术治疗仍具有较好的预后。 This article reviews 422 cases of differentiated thyroid cancer in our department and found that 30 cases of recurrent cancer of the contralateral gland after radical resection have a recurrence rate of 7.1%. The average time to recurrence was 7.5 years; tumors were larger (>2cm), there were metastases in the lymph nodes of the neck, and there was a greater chance of recurrence. Some small tumors (<2cm) may also have recurrences, which may have multiple central lesions. Reoperation after recurrence still has a good prognosis.
