目的:建立玉女煎的HPLC指纹图谱,为其药效物质基础的研究提供依据。方法:采用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温为30℃;流动相为0.2%磷酸溶液-甲醇,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为254nm。结果:建立了玉女煎的HPLC指纹图谱,确定17个特征峰,其中峰5为5-羟甲基糠醛,峰11为芒果苷,峰12为毛蕊花糖苷,峰13为蜕皮甾酮,峰17为甲基麦冬二氢高异黄酮A。结论:该方法建立的玉女煎HPLC指纹图谱为其下一步有效成分的研究提供了依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprinting of jade female jade, providing the basis for the study of its pharmacodynamic substance. Methods: C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of 0.2% phosphoric acid solution and methanol. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of jade was established and 17 characteristic peaks were identified. Among them, peak 5 was 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, peak 11 was mangiferin, peak 12 was verbascoside, peak 13 was ecdysterone, peak 17 was Methyl Ophiopogon Dihydro Isoflavone A. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprinting of jade female established by this method provides the basis for the further study of its active ingredients.
