20世纪70年代初,美国率先在农业领域中试用“3S”技术,此举大幅度提升了农业的生产力水平,因而开启了“精准农业”的时代。在一些发达农业的欧盟国家中,信息化技术也已在农业的科学计算、智能决策、自动控制以及经营管理等领域全面进入了产业化阶段。农业信息化是发展现代农业的重要支撑和保障,是大幅提高农业劳动生产力,提高农业资源利用率,实现产业链与二、三产业链链接的重要手段。本文将简述农业信息化与现代化之间的关系。
In the early 1970s, the United States pioneered the “precision agriculture” era by pioneering the “3S” technology in the agricultural field, a move that greatly increased the level of agricultural productivity. In some developed EU countries, information technology has also entered the stage of industrialization in the fields of scientific computing, intelligent decision-making, automatic control and management of agriculture. Agricultural informationization is an important support and guarantee for the development of modern agriculture.
