为有效评估海基测控系统的综合效能,首先分析了系统的测控性能特点,采用工作分解结构建立层次结构的评估指标体系,然后引入层次分析法确定指标权重并基于模糊综合评价法构建多级评估模型,最后结合测控任务实例分析并计算出综合效能值。仿真结果表明,该方法具有一定的有效性和实用性,可为海基测控设备的系统效能评估提供科学方法和合理的参考依据。
In order to effectively evaluate the comprehensive performance of the sea-based measurement and control system, the paper first analyzes the characteristics of the measurement and control performance of the system, establishes the evaluation index system of the hierarchical structure by using the work breakdown structure, then introduces the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weights and builds the multi-level assessment based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation Finally, with the example of measurement and control mission analysis and calculation of the comprehensive performance value. The simulation results show that this method has some validity and practicability, which can provide scientific method and reasonable reference for the system performance evaluation of sea-based measurement and control equipment.
