本系统将传感器与物联网技术结合,对菇房的种植环境数据进行实时监测,并基于食品安全管理体系危害分析与关键控制点技术体系(hazard analysis critical control point,HACCP)模拟食用蔺种植生产中关键生长点生长数据的决策过程,从而建立一套面向工厂化、规模化的无公害食用菌栽培的智能控制与检测系统。利用传感器与物联网技术,将食用菌的生产状态、环境、工艺参数以数据和图像集成汇总到监控中心,使生产管理人员能随时了解生产全过程,并在现场出现异常或工艺参数出现偏离时能及时予以排除和解决,进而达到规模化精准生产的需要。
