我科2005年1月—2009年5月采用唑来磷酸联合化疗治疗骨转移疼痛30例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料90例均为病理诊断的恶性肿瘤伴骨转移性疼痛患者。分为三组,A组(唑来磷酸+化疗组):男18例,女12例,年龄38～67岁,其中肺癌16例,乳腺癌14例。B组(单用化疗组):
