目的了解影响病案复印服务满意度的主要原因,提出改进优化措施,促进病案复印服务质量与满意度持续提高,更好地为患者服务。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对来复印病案资料人员开展问卷调查。结果通过改进服务流程和实施针对存在的问题而提出的改进措施,病案复印服务各项内容的满意度均有所提高。结论实施改进措施后病案复印服务满意度明显提高,复印过程中存在的问题明显减少,这说明改进措施是行之有效的,值得引入并加以推广。
Objective To understand the main reasons that affect the satisfaction of medical record service and propose the improvement and optimization measures to improve the quality and satisfaction of medical record service and to better serve the patients. Methods A questionnaire survey method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on staff members who made copies of the medical records. Results Satisfaction of the contents of the medical record-copying service has been improved by improving the service process and implementing the improvement measures proposed for the existing problems. Conclusion After the implementation of the improvement measures, the satisfaction of the medical records service has been significantly improved and the problems existing in the photocopying process have obviously decreased. This shows that the improvement measures are effective and worthy of introduction and promotion.
