本文观察了78名肥胖症患者应用壳聚糖油酸酯前后体重和血脂的变化。结果表明:应用60天降低体重总有效率为97.4％,平均降低3.8kg,胆固醇、甘油三酯明显降低（P<0.05）
This article observed the changes of body weight and lipids before and after the application of chitosan oleate in 78 obese patients. The results showed that the total effective rate of weight reduction after 60 days was 97.4%, and the average reduction rate was 3.8 kg. Cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly decreased (P<0.05).
