游泳池水中的尿素,作为游泳池水体污染程度的一项重要指标,越来越受到人们的重视。目前,测定游泳池水中尿素含量的方法常采用二乙酰一肟分光光度法(简称原法)[1],该法实验条件较苛刻,显色不稳定,线性范围窄,反应时间长,并存有终体积不一致的缺憾,在实际应用中,很难获取准确结果[2~4]。本文在原法的基础上,选择异丙醇作显色稳定剂,使标准曲线的线性范围有了很大提高,缩短了煮沸时间,方法的精密度、准确度优于原法,且符合卫生检验要求。
