目的探讨经肝动脉移植脐带间充质干细胞(hUCMSCs)治疗失代偿期肝硬化的效果。方法将同期收治的50例失代偿期肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各25例,两组均予常规护肝及抗肝纤维化治疗,治疗组在此基础上经肝动脉输注hUCMSCs(共2次,间隔15 d);两组均于治疗前及治疗后2、46、8、周分别抽取空腹静脉血,采用免疫透射比浊法检测血清前白蛋白(PA)及胆碱酯酶(CHE)。结果治疗后6、8周治疗组血清PA及CHE均显著高于对照组(P分别<0.05、0.01)。结论经肝动脉移植hUCMSCs可显著改善失代偿期肝硬化患者近期肝脏合成、储备功能;远期效果尚需进一步研究观察。
Objective To investigate the effect of transplanting umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs) via hepatic artery for the treatment of decompensated cirrhosis. Methods Fifty patients with decompensated cirrhosis who were treated at the same period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional liver protection and anti-liver fibrosis treatment. On the basis of this, the treatment group was trans-hepatic artery HUCMSCs were injected intraperitoneally (twice a day for 15 days). Fasting venous blood was collected before treatment and at 2,46,8 and 12 weeks after treatment respectively. Serum prealbumin (PA) and gallbladder Esterase (CHE). Results At 6 and 8 weeks after treatment, serum PA and CHE in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05, 0.01 respectively). Conclusion Transplantation of hUCMSCs via hepatic artery can significantly improve the recent liver synthesis and reserve function in patients with decompensated cirrhosis. The long-term effect needs further study.
