本文旨在研究蛟河市高中生物教师对人教版新教材的适应情况。过程采用了文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法。结果显示,在内因外因的共同影响下,蛟河市高中生物教师对新教材还处于发展适应阶段,需要高中生物教师、各级学校领导、教育管理部门协作配合,使教师更快更好地适应新教材,笔者做出了相关建议。
This article aims to study Jiaohe City High School biology teacher PEP to adapt to the new teaching materials. The process used the literature research method, questionnaire survey method and interview method. The results show that under the common influence of internal and external factors, high school biology teachers in Jiaohe City are still at a stage of adapting to the development of new textbooks. They need high school biology teachers, school leaders at all levels and education administration departments to cooperate with each other better and faster so that teachers can better adapt New textbooks, the author made the relevant recommendations.
