目的:探讨活性氧对五味子雌花/雄花比例的影响,为五味子栽培提高产量奠定基础。方法:在花芽分化前期喷施不同浓度的H2O2、百草枯、连二甲亚硫酸钠溶液。结果:连二甲亚硫酸钠可使雌花/雄花比例由7.6%提高到42.3%,而H2O2、百草枯作用不明显。结论:不同的活性氧载体物质对五味子雌花/雄花的比例调控效果不同,连二甲亚硫酸钠溶液喷施五味子叶片效果最好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of reactive oxygen species on the ratio of female flower to male flower in Schisandra chinensis, and lay a foundation for the cultivation of Schisandra chinensis to increase the yield. Methods: Different concentrations of H2O2, paraquat and sodium dithionite solution were sprayed at the early stage of flower bud differentiation. Results: Sodium dithionite increased the ratio of female flowers to male flowers from 7.6% to 42.3%, while the effect of H2O2 and paraquat was not obvious. Conclusion: Different active oxygen carrier substances have different effects on the ratio of female flower to male flower of Schisandra chinensis, and the effect of spraying sodium schisandra chinensis fruit with sodium dimethyl sulfite solution is the best.
