实践证明,及时发现并克服学生的恐惧心理是目前体育教学中的一个重要环节。在日常教学中,学生通常出现的恐惧心理首先是对器械害怕,由于动作难度大,担心在器械上发生危险;其次,是由于学生身体素质较差,在练习中经常失败,完不成动作而影响情绪,特别是女学生,胆小、体弱、怕苦、知难而退,表现特别突出。综合以上情况,对个别学生上体育课表现出的恐惧心理及时发现并有效消除是十分重要的。为了促进学生健康的发展,使教学目标能顺利完成,可采取以下几种方法予以解决。
