Based on the establishment of an all-fiber laser coherent radar detection system with a diameter of 200 mm and a wavelength of 1550 nm, experimental studies on the micro-Doppler effect of moving targets are carried out. The results of spectrum analysis and time domain - frequency domain joint analysis of experimentally acquired signals show that the time - frequency domain joint analysis method can effectively extract the micro - Doppler effect characteristics of moving targets and get the vibration characteristics of 20 ~ 2000Hz . The use of these features to distinguish and identify different moving targets provides an effective way to detect, classify and identify targets.
