目的:找到一种行之有效,且方便、简洁、安全,患者易于接受的中医特色技术治疗特发性耳鸣新方法.方法:确诊特发性耳鸣患者40例,随机分为A组和B组,A组耳门、翳风,风池、太溪、肾俞、血海穴进行埋线,每周一次,四次一疗程.B组耳门、翳风、风池、太溪、肾俞、血海穴封闭治疗,注射维生素B12与利多卡因混合液.隔日1次.一月一疗程.观察两组疗效并行统计学分析.结果:体穴埋线组有效16例,无效4例,总有效率为80％;体穴注射组有效10例,无效10例.总有效率为50％.埋线组疗效优于注射组(P＜0.05).结论:体穴埋线治疗特发性耳鸣效果肯定,简便易行,且无明显副作用,可进一步临床推广应用.","Objective To find An effective and convenient, simple and safe method for the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus. Methods There were 40 cases of idiopathic tinnitus patients, randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A: ear door, shade wind, wind pool, taixi, kidney, blood and sea hole for burying line, once A week, four times A course of treatment Group B: ear door, shade wind, wind pool, taixi, kidney, blood sea cave closed treatment, injection of vitamin B12 and lidocaine mixture.The next day, one session per session. The two groups were observed in parallel statistical analysis. Results There were 16 cases in the cavity buried line group, 4 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 80％.10 cases were effective and 10 cases were invalid.The total efficiency is 50％.The curative effect of buried line group was better than that of injection group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of idiopathic tinnitus with body cavity buried line is sure to be simple and easy to use, and no obvious side effects can be applied to further clinical application.
