对后进生,班主任要么严历批评、呵斥,向家长告状,甚至体罚,要么干脆不理不睬,让其自生自灭。这样的做法,无异于将他们一步步地推向错误的深渊。后进生是有思想、有自尊、有主见、相对独立的人,是教育的主体,不是批评的接收器。教育应该围绕这个主体,作用于这个主体,满足主体的正当需要,触动主体的心灵,唤起主体的共鸣,激发他们内心深处的矛盾和斗争,使他们由“要我改”转为“我要改”。
For the undergraduates, the head teacher either severely criticized or scolded them, complained to the parents, or even punished them, or simply ignored them and allowed them to fend for themselves. This approach is tantamount to pushing them step by step into the wrong abyss. Undergraduates are people who are ideological, self-respecting, assertive, and relatively independent. They are the subject of education and not the receiver of criticism. Education should focus on this subject, acting on this subject, satisfying the legitimate needs of the subject, touching the subject’s heart, evoking the resonance of the subject, stimulating their innermost contradictions and struggles, and turning them from “request me to change” to “I want change".
