目的观察软肝化坚颗粒对C57小鼠肝纤维化模型瘦素(Leptin,LEP)及血清血小板衍生生长因子(platelet derived growth factor,PDGF)的影响。方法 60只C57小鼠随机分为六组,即正常对照组、正常软肝化坚颗粒组、模型对照组、软肝化坚颗粒低剂量组、软肝化坚颗粒高剂量组和秋水仙碱组,每组10只。参照文献方法给药后,测定各组小鼠PDGF及LEP的含量。结果软肝化坚颗粒低剂量组、软肝化坚颗粒高剂量组小鼠血清LEP及PDGF的含量均明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。模型秋水仙碱组则只有PDGF的含量明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论软肝化坚颗粒可通过抑制LEP及PDGF的产生阻止肝纤维化的发生发展,对实验性肝纤维化有一定的预防和治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Ruanghujianjian Granule on leptin (LEP) and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) of liver fibrosis in C57 mice. Methods Sixty C57 mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, normal soft liver capsule group, model control group, low dosage of soft liver and resolute particles, high dosage of soft liver and resolving granules group and colchicine Group, 10 in each group. After reference to the literature method, the content of PDGF and LEP in each group was determined. Results The content of serum LEP and PDGF in Ruanjian Hujian Granules low dose group and Ruan Huashijian Granule high dose group were significantly lower than those in model control group (P <0.05). The model group colchicine group only PDGF content was significantly lower than the model control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Rougan hujian granules can prevent the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis by inhibiting the production of LEP and PDGF, and have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental liver fibrosis.
