目的 :对采自中国南海的软珊瑚Spongodessp 的化学成分进行研究 ,从中寻找有生物活性的次生代谢产物。方法 :用硅胶柱层析和SephadexLH 2 0柱层析对软珊瑚Spongodessp 的乙醚提取物进行分离纯化 ,并利用现代波谱技术对其进行结构鉴定。结果与结论 :分离得到 4个孕甾烷类化合物和 3个新松烷二萜 ,其结构分别为 1,2 0 二烯 3 酮孕甾烷 (1)、1,4 ,2 0 三烯 3 酮孕甾烷 (2 )、4 ,2 0 二烯 3 酮孕甾烷 (3)、1 烯 3 酮 2 0 β 羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯 (4 )、(1R ,2E ,4R ,7E ,11E) cembra 2 ,7,11 triene 4 ol (5 ) ,(1R ,3S ,4S ,7E ,11E) 3,4 e poxycembra 7,11,15 triene (6 ) ,epoxynephthenolacetate(7) ,在活性筛选中 ,化合物 4对BEL 70 4 ,HELA和HL 6 0显示抑制活性 ,IC50 分别为 3 1,6 3,0 2 6 μmol/L ,化合物 6对COX 2有抑制活性 ,IC50 为 0 4 5 5 μmol/L
Objective : To study the chemical composition of the soft coral Spongodes sp. collected from the South China Sea and find bioactive secondary metabolites. METHODS: The ether extracts of Spongodes sp from the soft coral were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH 20 column chromatography. The structure of the purified Spongodes sp was determined by modern spectroscopy. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Four pregnane compounds and three new pinane dioximes were isolated and their structures were 1,2 didione 3-ketopregnane (1), 1,4, 20 triene 3 Kepregestane (2), 4, 20 Diene 3-ketopregnane (3), 1-ene 3-ketone 20 β-hydroxypregnane acetate (4), (1R, 2E, 4R, 7E, 11E) cembra 2,7,11 triene 4 ol (5 ), (1R, 3S, 4S, 7E, 11E) 3,4 e poxycembra 7,11,15 triene (6 ),epoxynephthenolacetate(7), in activity screening Compound 4 showed inhibitory activity against BEL 70 4 , HELA and HL 6 0 with IC 50 of 3 1,6 3,0 26 μmol/L, respectively. Compound 6 showed inhibitory activity against COX 2 with IC 50 of 0 4 5 5 μmol/L. L
