随着社会的发展,企业也在依据国家需求进行不断的转型以求得长久稳定的发展,但是在其转型变化过程中,劳动关系冲突越演越烈,企业恶性事件也层出不穷,因此,建立基于和谐劳动关系视角下的企业人力资源管理成为我国不可忽视重大时代命题。本文就针对我国企业人力资源管理的现状,结合时代特征分析探求实现和谐劳动关系视角下的企业人力资源管理的有效策略。
With the development of the society, the enterprises are also making constant transition to the long-term and stable development according to the national needs. However, during the process of transformation and change, the conflicts of labor relations intensify and the vicious events of enterprises emerge in an endless stream. Therefore, Human resource management of enterprises under the perspective of harmonious labor relations has become the proposition that can not be ignored in our country. This article aims at the current situation of our country’s enterprise human resource management, combined with the analysis of the characteristics of the times to explore effective strategies to achieve human resource management under the perspective of harmonious labor relations.
