本文从实际出发,把轴类零件淬硬层深度要求、材料热处理性能和实际工作应力联系起来,对淬硬层深度的计算方法进行了探讨。笔者认为,确定合理的淬硬层深度,是表面淬火轴类零件强度计算必不可少的。笔者将文中介绍的方法,用于PY160A平地机半轴的改进,彻底解决了该半轴断裂的质量问题,取得了明显的技术和经济效益。
Based on the actual situation, this paper discusses the calculation method of the depth of hardened layer by relating the depth of hardened layer of shaft parts, the heat treatment performance of the material and the actual working stress. The author believes that the determination of a reasonable depth of hardened layer is the surface hardening of the shaft strength calculation is essential. The author will introduce the method described in the text for PY160A grader axle improvement, completely solve the quality problems of the shaft rupture, and achieved significant technical and economic benefits.
