If I am sick, my cardiomyocytes that are induced by my blood will tell me the risk of the disease and what medicine I use. From this microscope placed in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, I saw my cardiomyocytes moving around in petri dishes. They were like red tails without tails, creeping together and slowly moving away from each other. Just a few hours ago, someone told me that these cardiomyocytes would accumulate into clusters and try to generate a complete heart. These are very experienced scientists who want to see if my cardiomyocytes are healthy, if they are unusually sensitive to certain drugs, or if they are over-strained when I go up the stairs.
