近年来,随着市场化经济的不断深入,我国经济水平在得到较大的提高的同时,经济市场环境也更加多元化,这就对我国人力资源管理提出了更高的要求;使得我国事业单位原有的人力资源管理模式不能很好的适应新形势下事业单位人力资源管理的需求,从而在很大程度上阻碍了事业单位的发展速度。而作为我国政府部门的重要组成部门,事业单位发展的状况也在很大程度上影响着我国整体的发展。本文将结合已有的研究文献,首先探讨了新经济时代下事业单位人力资源管理的重要性进行了简要的分析,然后对新经济时代下事业单位人力资源管理存在的问题进行了较深入的分析,并在此基础上结合我国事业单位的发展现状对以上问题提出了相应的解决措施与建议。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the market-oriented economy, the economic level of our country has been greatly improved while the economic market environment has also been more diversified. This has put forward higher requirements for our country’s human resources management. The original human resource management model can not well adapt to the needs of human resource management in public institutions in the new situation, which hinders the development of public institutions to a great extent. As an important part of the government departments in our country, the development of public institutions also affects the overall development of our country to a great extent. Based on the existing research literature, this article first discusses the importance of human resource management in public institutions in the new economic era, and then analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in public institutions in the new economic era. , And on this basis, combined with the development of China’s institutions of the status of the above issues put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.
