随着人力资本理论逐渐被我国理论界和实践领域所接受,企业越来越把知识而不是物质资本作为市场竞争优势的源泉。通过有效的人力资源资本化管理使人力资源充分地转化为人力资本,为企业提高人力资本存量与质量,为企业、为社会经济发展做出贡献,是当前较为迫切的现实需要。
With the theory of human capital being gradually accepted by the field of theory and practice in our country, enterprises increasingly regard knowledge instead of material capital as the source of market competitive advantage. It is more urgent and immediate need to fully convert human resources into human capital through effective capital management of human resources, and to improve the stock and quality of human capital for enterprises and contribute to the development of society and economy.
