大学生的就业难问题一直以来备受社会关注,法学专业毕业生的就业现状更是不够理想。玉林师范学院法商学院培养学生始终以就业为导向,科学定位培养目标,优化人才培养方案,创新人才培养战略,树立以学生应用能力培养为核心的教育理念。建立学生实践能力培养机制,构建科学的课程和教学评价体系,突出高等师范院校特点,大力培养中坚中职学校师资力量,提升学生就业能力,解决法学专业毕业生就业难题。
The difficulty of finding employment for college students has always been a great concern to society. The employment status of law graduates is even less satisfactory. Law and Business School of Yulin Teachers ’College Students always take the employment as the orientation, scientifically locate and train the goal, optimize the personnel training plan, innovate the training strategy of talents, and establish the educational philosophy centered on the cultivation of students’ applied abilities. The establishment of practical ability training mechanism for students, construction of scientific curriculum and teaching evaluation system, highlighting the characteristics of higher normal colleges and universities, vigorously cultivate the backbone of secondary vocational school teachers, improve students’ employability, to solve the employment problem of law graduates.
