随着我国经济的不断转型,无论是对于促进就业和经济繁荣,还是对于活跃市场方面,中小型企业都发挥着不容替代的作用,而且,促进中小型企业的发展已经列入到国家的发展战略中。目前,我们的市场是知识经济市场,在企业的发展过程中,企业最需要的资源就是人力资源,所以企业要开创一种成本低、竞争力强的新型人力资源管理模式。在促进中小型企业发展的过程中,人力资源外包已经成为不容忽视的力量。当前,在人力资源外包过程中仍然存在着很多的问题。这篇文章立足于人力资源外包在人力资源中存在的问题,对此提出了相关的解决措施和对策。
