目的:健美操是一项深受广大群众喜爱的、普及性极强,集体操、舞蹈、音乐、健身、娱乐于一体的体育项目。本文的目的在于探索健美操运动对大学生肺功能是否有影响。方法:笔者以健美操运动为研究对象,通过对健美操专业的大学生与非体育专业的大学生进行肺功能(用力肺活量、第一秒呼气量、最大通气量、最大呼气流速)测量的方法来收集数据。结果:健美操运动可提高人体肺功能,希望健美操能在大学生中更好的普及。
OBJECTIVE: Aerobics is a sport that is popular among the general public and has very universal popularity, collective gymnastics, dance, music, fitness and entertainment. The purpose of this article is to explore whether aerobics exercises have any bearing on the lung function of college students. Methods: The author takes aerobics as the research object, through the method of measuring lung function (forced vital capacity, first-second expiratory volume, maximal ventilation and maximal expiratory flow rate) of college aerobics majors and non-sports majors To collect data. Results: Aerobics can improve the lung function of the human body, hoping that aerobics can be better popularized among college students.
