有效的课堂教学离不开对学生有效的学习评价。而教师过于简单、模糊、单一的教学评价,已经很难对学生起到激励和调控的作用。所以教师在课堂教学中对学生的评价应该更具有教育性、激励性,评价方式应该呈现多样化。同时,在关注结果的同时,更注重过程性评价。
Effective classroom teaching can not be separated from effective student learning assessment. The teacher is too simple, vague, a single teaching evaluation, it has been very difficult for students to play a stimulating and regulatory role. Therefore, teachers in the classroom teaching evaluation of students should be more educational, motivational, evaluation methods should be diversified. At the same time, pay more attention to procedural evaluation while paying attention to the result.
