为分析桥面铺装对中小跨径桥梁受力的影响,以空心板桥为例,通过足尺构件破坏试验,分析铺装层对主梁裂缝、变形和承载力的影响,结合整桥的荷载试验,建立3种分析模型与测试结果进行比较,并探讨了铺装层厚度对整桥受力性能的影响。结果表明,加载过程中桥面铺装与主梁共同受力性能良好,达到极限状态时,铺装层与主梁结合面无水平裂缝出现,桥面铺装能显著提高主梁的抗裂性能和极限承载力;车辆荷载作用下铺装层能够参与整桥受力,随着铺装层厚度加大,梁底拉应力先减小后增大。建议中小跨径桥梁设计和评估时,应适当考虑铺装层对主梁力学性能的贡献。
In order to analyze the influence of deck pavement on the stress of bridge, the paper takes the hollow slab bridge as an example, analyzes the influence of pavement on the crack, deformation and bearing capacity of the main girder through the failure test of full- Load test, the establishment of three kinds of analytical models and test results were compared, and discussed the influence of pavement thickness on the mechanical properties of the entire bridge. The results show that the bridge deck pavement and the main beam have a good joint force during loading. When the limit state is reached, there is no horizontal crack in the interface between the pavement layer and the main beam, and the deck pavement can significantly improve the crack resistance of the main beam And the ultimate bearing capacity. Under the action of vehicle load, the pavement can participate in the whole bridge. With the increase of pavement thickness, the tensile stress at the bottom of the beam first decreases and then increases. Proposed small and medium-span bridges design and evaluation, should be properly considered pavement layer on the main beam mechanical properties.
