Objective To study the preventive effect of targeted nursing on venous blood collection of fainting needle in healthy physical examination. Methods 120 health examination staff, divided into observation group and control group according to a simple random way, each group 60 cases. The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was given the nursing care based on routine nursing care. The blood stained halo needles, compliance with medical examination and satisfaction with nursing work were observed. Results After the nursing, the occurrence rate of fainting sting in the observation group was 75.00% and the compliance rate was 96.67%, which were all better than 98.33% and 70.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were (94.60 ± 7.44) points higher than those in the control group (75.22 ± 3.24) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of venous blood collection in healthy medical staff, which is worth popularizing clinically.
