体育教学过程是教师体育行为、管理行为的传递与学生体育行为的接收形成过程。在由小体育观进步到大体育观的今天,用现代行为科学的观点把握体育教学是必须的,是抵达成功体育彼岸的桥梁和纽带。 世界著名心理学家和行为学家德国的勒温(K·lewin)认为,个体的行为是个体因素及环境的函数。由于学生个体特征的不同,环境及其刺激行为各异,这两个函数变量的结果,必然形成不同的行为模式。这些不同的行为模式,大致可以分为四种:

These different modes of behavior can be roughly divided into four types:
