人们对教育的重视程度越来越高,高校不断扩招,生源逐渐增加。高校对新入职教师的选聘要求也在不断提高,很多高校要求教师至少是重点大学研究生以上学历。从学校毕业走上工作岗位,很多教师面临的是身份的转变,面对繁重的教学和科研压力,很多教师不知道该如何调节和适应。本文以一位新入职的教职工为例,分析和探讨如何转变其自身的角色和思维模式,提升工作能力以及社会价值。
People pay more and more attention to education. Colleges and universities continue to enroll more students and their students gradually increase. Colleges and universities are also constantly increasing the number of hiring candidates for newly recruited teachers. Many colleges and universities require teachers to have at least postgraduate education at key universities. Graduating from school to work, many teachers are facing a change of identity, in the face of heavy teaching and research pressure, many teachers do not know how to adjust and adapt. Taking a newly recruited faculty and staff as an example, this article analyzes and explores how to change their own roles and modes of thinking to enhance their ability to work and their social values.
