本试验研究了黄瓜不同品种和不同成熟度以及生理、生化特性对耐藏性的影响。试验结果表明,黄瓜不同品种间的耐藏性有明显的差异。贮藏30天的商品率,耐藏品种仍达81%以上,不对藏品种在44%以下。经多年多次评优,筛选出了津研4号、津研7号、白涛冬黄瓜、 Marie kmere为耐藏品种。不同成熟度的耐藏性差异也很大,以开花后11天左右(适熟期)采收的瓜,贮藏效果较好。黄瓜的耐藏性与瓜皮上的瘤刺和瓜的抗病性、耐寒性显著相关,大多数瘤刺大而密的品种不耐藏,少瘤少刺或无瘤无刺(含少刺)品种,耐藏性较好。而与其它特性的相关性不甚显著。
This experiment studied cucumber different varieties and different maturity and physiological and biochemical characteristics of the storage stability.
