目的研究高铁酸钾滴丸制备工艺及其杀菌效果,为实际消毒应用提供科学依据。方法采用正交法设计配方和石蜡包裹工艺及细菌定量检测方法,在实验室制备高铁酸钾滴丸和水消毒效果观察。结果实验室制备的高铁酸钾滴丸为黑色,色泽一致、大小均匀、无粘连现象、水溶性较好,高铁酸钾含量为质量分数20%,符合设计要求。在每升水中加入高铁酸钾滴丸2粒(相当于高铁酸钾浓度为20 mg/L),作用30 min,可使井水中细菌总数<60 cfu/ml,符合饮用水卫生标准。结论本实验室制备的高铁酸钾滴丸达到了设计要求,对水体中自然菌杀灭效果良好。
Objective To study the preparation process and sterilization effect of ferrate dropping pills and provide a scientific basis for practical disinfection. Methods Orthogonal design and paraffin wax encapsulation technology and bacterial quantitative detection methods in the laboratory preparation of potassium ferrate pills and water disinfection effect observation. Results The potassium ferrate dropping pills prepared in the laboratory were black, with the same color, uniform size, no blocking phenomenon and good water solubility. The potassium ferrate content was 20%, which met the design requirements. In each liter of water by adding 2 drops of ferrate tablets (equivalent to potassium ferrate concentration of 20 mg / L), the role of 30 min, the total number of wells can make the bacteria <60 cfu / ml, in line with drinking water hygiene standards. Conclusion The potassium ferrate dropping pills prepared in this laboratory meet the design requirements and have a good killing effect on natural bacteria in water.
