目的:优选复方大青叶注射液的制备工艺。方法:通过运用水提取,用无机陶瓷膜常温过滤,最后纳滤的工艺技术。结果:采用水提取药液,离心,10万分子量陶瓷膜粗滤,再用1万分子量精滤,最后用纳滤膜常温浓缩到工艺需要的配制量,调pH值,精滤,灌封,灭菌既得。结论:新工艺充分考虑经济性、可操作性,达到了提高含量及澄明度的目的,保证注射液的稳定性,适用于复方大青叶注射液的现代化生产。
Objective: To optimize the preparation of Compound Daqingye Injection. Methods: Through the use of water extraction, with inorganic ceramic membrane at room temperature filtration, the final nanofiltration technology. Results: The liquid was extracted by water, centrifuged, coarsely filtrated with a ceramic membrane of 100,000 molecular weight, then refined with 10,000 molecular weight, and finally concentrated to the required amount of the process by a nanofiltration membrane at room temperature to adjust the pH, fine filtration, potting, Sterilized both.
