地勘单位在我国的国民经济与资源供应领域占据着十分重要的地位,其作为一种非营利性质的事业单位,在日常的员工管理与绩效考评等地方与普遍的私人企业或外资企业有着很多的不同之处,但人力资源管理工作与绩效考核对于企业管理的职能作用并没有降低。在笔者多年的从业经验中,发现当今的地勘单位的人力资源管理与绩效考核中存在着一定的问题,如企业对于人力资源管理观念不够先进,人力配置结构矛盾突出,绩效考核方式效率低下等。本文将就地勘单位人力资源管理与绩效考核的现状与问题入手,对如何加强地勘单位人力资源管理与绩效考核的工作作出探讨。
Geological prospecting units occupy a very important position in the national economy and resource supply in our country. As a non-profit-making public institution, there are a lot of private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises in places such as daily staff management and performance appraisal. However, the functions of human resource management and performance appraisal for business management have not decreased. In my many years of experience, I found that there are some problems in the human resources management and performance appraisal of the current geological exploration units. For example, the enterprise is not advanced enough in the concept of human resource management, the contradiction between the manpower allocation structure and the inefficiency of the performance appraisal method . This article will start with the status quo and problems of human resources management and performance appraisal of geological prospecting units and discuss how to strengthen human resources management and performance appraisal of geological prospecting units.
