[目的]分析HpaGXoo蛋白的结构与功能,为研究两者的关系提供理论依据。[方法]采用国际互联网上的相关生物信息学分析软件NPSA、Swiss-Model、SAPS、InterProScan等对HpaGXoo蛋白进行结构和功能的预测分析。[结果]HpaGXoo蛋白主链由139个氨基酸组成,有较多的螺旋和无规则卷曲结构;无N端信号肽,不形成跨膜结构,定位于细胞质。[结论]该研究为深入研究HpaGXoo的分子结构及其结构与功能的关系奠定了基础。
[Objective] To analyze the structure and function of HpaGXoo protein and provide a theoretical basis for the study of their relationship. [Method] The structure and function of HpaGXoo protein were predicted and analyzed by the related bioinformatics analysis software NPSA, Swiss-Model, SAPS and InterProScan on the Internet. [Result] The main chain of HpaGXoo protein consisted of 139 amino acids with more helix and random coil structure. No N - terminal signal peptide, no transmembrane structure was localized in cytoplasm. [Conclusion] This study lays the foundation for further study on the molecular structure of HpaGXoo and the relationship between its structure and function.
