电动单元组合仪表(以下简称 DDZ 仪表)系根据工业过程控制系统中各个环节的不同功能,将整个控制系统划分成若干个具有独立作用的功能单元,各单元间以统一的信号互相联络。这样可以用有限的功能单元按照生产工艺的控制要求进行不同的组合,构成各种单变量和多变量的控制系统。电动单元组合仪表,目前在工业上尤其在中小型工业已被广泛采用。本讲座结合 DDZ-Ⅱ型议表讨论有关仪表的应用问题,以便使该类仪表在工业控制中发挥更好的效能。
According to the different functions of each link in the industrial process control system, the electric unit instrument cluster (hereinafter referred to as DDZ instrument) divides the whole control system into several function units with independent functions, and the units communicate with each other by uniform signals. This allows a limited number of functional units in accordance with the production process control requirements for different combinations to form a variety of univariate and multivariable control systems. Electric unit instrument, currently in the industry, especially in small and medium-sized industries has been widely used. This lecture discusses the application of the instrument in conjunction with the DDZ-II protocol so that the instrument can perform better in industrial control.
