作者应用兰他隆治疗转移性乳腺癌7例,收到了较好的疗效,现报告如下。1 资料与方法 7例转移性乳腺癌均是根治术后病人,最长8年,最短6个月,雌激素受体为阳性,术后行CMF化疗和内乳、锁骨上区域放疗,有4例病人口服过三苯氧胺。本次发生转移时都已绝经2年以上,年龄49～68岁,其中骨转移3例,肺转移2例,胸膜转移1例,锁骨上淋巴结转移1例。 兰他隆250mg,每半月一次,肌肉注射,连续用药8次,比较治疗前后的客观变化判定疗效。2 结果 7例病人中,治疗有效者4例(CR+PR),病情无变化者3例(SD),无病情恶化者(PD)。见附表。在用药过程中及用
