在煤系地层隧道施工开挖中,受废弃采煤巷道的影响,隧道初期支护大范围地开裂并产生坍塌,且严重影响隧道贯通。通过地质勘探、数值模拟分析以及综合各方面因素,探明坍塌原因为隧道处存在采空区以及采煤扰动异常带,在地下水作用下引起突发性塌方。经研究提出快喷混凝土、勤排水、强支护的快速处治方案,并顺利完成隧道贯通。该方案为以后类似工程的处理提供了很好的经验。
In the excavation and excavation of the coal measures strata tunnel, due to the influence of abandoned coal roadway, the initial support of the tunnel cracks and collapses in a wide range and seriously affects the tunnel penetration. Through geological exploration, numerical simulation and comprehensive analysis of various factors, we can conclude that the cause of collapse is the existence of goaf and coal mining anomalous zone in the tunnel, and sudden collapse caused by groundwater. After the study put forward fast spraycrete, drainage, strong support rapid treatment program, and the smooth completion of the tunnel through. The program for the treatment of similar projects provided a very good experience.
