以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌做模型检测抗菌活性,选择L-929细胞通过MTT法评价毒性。结果证明纳米银具有显著的抗菌活性且呈剂量依赖性;不论在液体培养基还是固体培养基,30×10-6浓度产生的抗菌作用大于50%,但有潜在的细胞毒性;即使在3×10-6浓度下,细胞毒性达到2级,有26%~50%的细胞生长受到抑制。
Antibacterial activity was determined by using E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. L-929 cells were selected and evaluated for toxicity by MTT assay. The results showed that nano-silver has a significant antibacterial activity in a dose-dependent manner; the concentration of 30 × 10-6 produces an antibacterial effect greater than 50% in either liquid medium or solid medium with potential cytotoxicity; even at 3 × At a concentration of 10-6, cytotoxicity reached grade 2, and cell growth was inhibited by 26% to 50%.
