中等职业学校的辅导员(班主任)在学生的学习和生活中扮演着十分重要的角色,从纵向上讲,他们起着连接学校、学生和家长的桥梁作用;从横向上讲,他们有着协调任课教师和学生的调节作用。中等职业学校的辅导员在学生的学习、生活,以及学校的招生、教学、就业中发挥的作用不可小觑,中职学校为了加强辅导员(班主任)队伍建设,也进行了绩效管理。本文基于对绩效管理的概念,主要环节的理解,分析中等职业学校辅导员绩效管理存在的问题,并提出一些建设性的意见,以便促进中等职业学校辅导员(班主任)的绩效管理。
Counselors (head teachers) in secondary vocational schools play a very important role in student learning and living, and they play the role of bridge between schools, students and parents in a vertical sense; they have a co-ordinated role Teachers and students regulate the role. The role of counselors in secondary vocational schools in student learning, living, school enrollment, teaching and employment should not be underestimated. Secondary vocational schools also conducted performance management in order to strengthen the team building of counselors (class teachers). Based on the concept of performance management and the comprehension of the main links, this article analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of secondary vocational school counselors and puts forward some constructive suggestions to promote the performance management of secondary vocational school counselors.
