随着眼科显微手术技术的不断发展和人民生活水平的提高,人工晶体已越来越多地应用于白内障的治疗,现将我院1989年5月—1993年5月中30例(眼)人工晶体置入后情况及影响视力的主要因素分析如下。 1 材料和方法 30例中老年性白内障21例,外伤性白内障7例,先天性白内障2例,并发性白内障1例,年龄为9~80岁,其中男性19人,女性10人(1人为双眼)。所选用的人工晶体为美国ORC公司(10只),安徽稀炜公司(14只)及苏州医疗器械厂(6只),晶体材料均为PMMA,手术前根据Binkhorst公式或由角膜曲率计及“A”超测定后根据SRK回归公式计算出所需人工晶体屈光度。手术在同光轴显微镜下操作,采用以穹窿为基底的结膜瓣,角膜缘后1~1.5mm巩膜阶梯形切口,开罐式戳囊后娩出晶体核,封闭前房注吸皮质,前房注入平衡液或玻璃酸钠充盈后置入后房型人工晶体,用10~0缝线缝合切口,术后常规抗炎治疗,双星明眼药水扩瞳及激素口服1个月。

Surgery under the same optical microscope operation, using fornix as the base of the conjunctival flap, sclera after the limbal scleral staircase-shaped incision 1 ~ 1.5mm, after opening the capping capsule to deliver crystal nucleus, closed anterior chamber injection of cortical, anterior chamber injection Balancing fluid or sodium hyaluronate filled into the posterior chamber intraocular lens, with 10 to 0 sutures incision, postoperative conventional anti-inflammatory treatment, binocular eyesight syrup dilation and hormone oral for 1 month.
