1.问题的提出我段共配属东风4型内燃机车49台。担当隆化至通辽间运输任务,牵引定数3300吨。由于机车经常处在高工况下运行,振动幅度大、频率高,因而造成了大量的柴油机出水支管和增压器出水管根部裂纹。气缸出水支管裂纹集中发生在第8缸和第9缸,其部位在下法兰的焊接处,呈周向裂纹;增压器出水管裂纹集中发生在自由端左侧和输出端右侧,与出水支管连接处(即与第8缸和第9缸出水支管相邻)。较为严重的是,有些机车同一部位重复发生多次裂纹,如:0548号机车柴油机第9缸
